Process Architecture, including Assignment
How to rapidly assess, analyse and design high-level business processes and plan business change initiatives
We live in an era of accelerating business change, where business leaders need to drive digital disruption, greater client-centricity, new product roll-outs, new market entry, business mergers and unbundling, operational cost reductions, as well as the outsourcing and in-sourcing of processes and services.
In order to outperform competitors, we need to be nimble in our ability to combine, and to continually adjust the combination of our people, processes and systems in a unique way.
The course will equip participants with powerful techniques to form a rapid yet rigorous understanding of people-process-system combinations, to design future process configurations, to identify high-level gaps and changes, which are foundational to proper change planning.
It draws on our 25+ years experience in business and academia as well as industry best practice to deliver a valuable set of tools to our clients.
People who will benefit from the course include senior business, process and system analysts, business architects, application and solution architects, enterprise architects, project and programme managers, strategists and senior managers in areas such as product and business development, who are (or who will become) actively involved in modeling, analyzing and shaping the future of businesses.
Working through the instructional material (including videos, study text, articles and quizzes) should take roughly 45 to 60 minutes. You also need to allow some time for completing the assignment, which will vary depending on the complexity of the organization you use as basis, availability of process information, etc. Overall, you can expect to master the content within the space of 2 to 3 hours.
